Take Pine Tree road from Ithaca to Snyder Hill road. Go approximately one mile and turn right onto Peregrine Way. As the road turns to the right, the road's name changes to Settlement road. At the T turn left and go to the bottom of the hill. The house is at the bottom of the road on the left side.
